Most, if not all of the names provided here are unofficial. Due to the ambiguity of enemy names between regions, the lack of names for several of them and the absence of various documents, it is impractical to list the correct designations. Help is strongly encouraged and always appreciated to fill in these blanks. The Opposition section serves primarily to describe and depict the enemies for bookkeeping; thus, the content presented below hopefully satisfies this criterion.

BOSSES

Small Gunship:

This gunship follows a pattern in which it hovers up and down, above the player, while moving to the right. It then descends to a low height and moves left, blasting its wings’ long-range Flame Thrusters. At the gunship’s nosecone, a Rapid-Fire Shell Turret actively aims and fires explosive shells at the player. All 5 components must be destroyed to defeat the boss and complete the stage.

In addition to the components described above, the plane holds 2 docked missiles at the medial end of its wings. These can be destroyed, but serve no real purpose. The plane’s cockpit does not take damage, but can be shot unlimited times for points.

D.N.M.E. Leader:

conforcefinboss

Final boss of the game. He is first confronted at the start of Stage 5, where he breaks into the Blue Group headquarters through the windows.

The player can give chase to this boss as he runs towards the roof. During the chase, he’ll occasionally stop to turn around and and fire machine gun rounds or throw some grenades at the player.

It is pointless, however, to constantly give chase: he usually outruns the player or strings the player around the building before running/jumping out of stage bounds. Additionally, while the boss does appear to take damage during the chase, none of it actually registers and he cannot be defeated early on. Instead, the player must make his way to the rooftop.

During the actual confrontation, he is assisted by the Enemy Helicopter, which is immune to the player’s arsenal. It follows the player, firing explosive shells at him; if the player jumps, the helicopter flies downwards to strike him in the air.

The leader himself jumps in and out of the brick trenches of the rooftop, launching some grenades and firing a few machine gun rounds each time. When he is defeated, the Enemy Helicopter is automatically destroyed.
